About Villa On Eaton Square The Villa on Eaton Square condo is a very nice condo building in a quiet section of Waikiki, close to
Ala Moana Center. A short walk to
the beach, bus stops, shopping and dining, there are also 27 commercial units that are adjacent to the building, including a post office, bank and small supermarket. The parking garage is adjacent to the building as well and requires a keycard for entry. Units come with access to the garage, but parking is unassigned.
Villa on Eaton Square features an organized layout; you know what you’re getting by the unit number. All the condos are moderately-sized 1 BRs except the -04 and -06 units, which are studios. Odd-numbered units (-01 through -15) face the ocean, offer wonderful sunset views and are slightly larger than the 1 BR units on the other side of the hall. Even-numbered units (-02 through -14) face the mountains and are on the cooler side of the building that receives less direct sunlight. Studios don’t feature a lanai, but all of the1 BR condos have one that’s large enough to be enjoyed. The -01 units, on the end corner of the ocean side, are prime real estate, offering an additional panel of windows and the best ocean views. Corner units on the mountain side also offer enhanced views and additional windows on one wall, from which you can often see the ocean.
