Mauna Lani Resort entrance on Mauna Lani Dr, with

49 Black Sand Beach is on the resort property as well, approx. 2 miles away. It’s not just the Kohala Coast’s only black sands, it’s also a popular snorkeling spot and the sea turtles are often seen in the water and up on the beach.
