Overall, there are about two hundred and sixty-seven two-bedrooms, one hundred three-bedrooms and just one four bedroom. Many of the ground floor residences have their own fenced-in lanai/patio spaces.
Each unit has two assigned, uncovered parking spaces to use. Ceiling fans are in the living areas and bedrooms, with some owners having installed window a/c units as well. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. These are walk-up buildings, there are no elevators in the complex.
Some residences have peekaboo to partial ocean views, including from a few ground floor units.
Amenities & Things To Do The property has two swimming pools. The one on the northern side of the community also has a kids pool and a spa beside it, while the pool on the southern side has a jacuzzi. Both have covered, open air pavilions with BBQs for gathering and celebrations.
Although the coastline here is rocky and difficult to access, you can cross the street and head down the short path to the
Alii Saltwater Swimming Pool. Formed naturally, this lava rock pool sitting over the waves is filled by them as they strike the side of the coast. It’s something you will never forget doing.
To get into the waves you only have to head 1 mile north to
Honl’s Beach, famed as the birthplace of bodyboarding. Riding the waves here is something to check off your list for that reason alone, but it’s also a lot of fun. Those swells are less fun to swim in when they reach a certain strength, so swimmers shouldn’t get in if it’s a high surf day.
