The Banyan Tree is a gated, oceanfront community, all of its units facing the Pacific, which is as little as 15 yards away.
These two bedroom condos have interiors that range from 988 to 1,220 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. The building’s ground floor is mostly open to provide covered parking, with one assigned space for each residence.
The condos start on the second floor, which accounts for the numbering beginning with 200. Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms and living areas, with some also having split a/c systems that were added by the owners. Washer/Dryer is inside every unit. There is an elevator in the building that serves every floor, including the parking level.
Most condos have a completely unobstructed view of the ocean, the others only impeded slightly by the tops of a very few palm trees.
Amenities & Things To Do Your next door neighbor on the north is
Banyans Beach, a surfing spot that attracts the better board riders due to its faster waves and the shallow reefs they break over.
For most, this means it's a part of the coastline to relax on and watch the swells, rather than venturing into the water. It remains a soothing, or even entertaining, place to look out and forget the stresses of life for a while.
To the south a little less than a mile there’s a smoother entry to the ocean at
Magic Sands Beach Park. The waves here can get a little too strong for swimmers at times, but that’s what has made it so popular with bodyboarders. A general rule is if the beach has good sand coverage and the swells are smaller, it should be safe to swim.
If the conditions just aren’t going your way, you have an oceanfront pool downstairs and a huge open deck overlooking the Pacific that stretches the width of the building. You may not need to leave home much at all.
