The Kauhale Villas - located inside the
Hualalai Resort - look out from their back lanais at the 14th green of
Hualalai’s Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, their lots a little more than ½ mile from the ocean.
These three bedroom freestanding homes have interiors of 3,158 Sq Ft with three lanais on the outside. The two master suites have their own lanais, while the third bedroom has a private garden off of it. There is a flex room in the floor plan that can be utilized as a den/office or an additional bedroom.
All homes have their own two-car garage, with room for storage, plus two assigned, uncovered stalls for parking. Each residence features a backyard space, with your own pool and hot tub, the golf course sitting just beyond that.

Amenities & Things To Do It’s a trip of just ½ mile to
Kumukea Beach from home where you have a long stretch of beach that’s never too crowded due to limited parking. Since you can walk or bike there, that’s never an issue. It has many shallow areas close in so it’s a good place to bring the kids or do some wading in yourself.
Hualalai also has
Kukio Beach inside its property, lying about ¾ mile away from your door. This beach has better snorkeling than its northern neighbor, specifically in the lagoon at the far south end. The protection of Kikaua Point creates calmer waters here so the little ones will have a better time here as well. Sea turtles and monk seals regularly come up on the beach to sun themselves, a wonderful sight, but remember to give them space.
