Kona Nalu is an oceanfront property, the building standing only about twenty yards from the Pacific.
The two bedroom condos have interiors that range from 1,196 to 1,408 Sq Ft and one or two lanais on the outside. Residents park in a carport stall, with some also having an assigned, uncovered stall. The building has one elevator that serves the two upper floors, but there are a few stairs to get to it. Central air conditioning is in all residences here. Every unit faces out to the waves, so all look out to totally unobstructed ocean views here.
Amenities & Things To Do One mile south of you is
Pahoehoe Beach Park, where the main attraction is its green lawn area, with shade trees, overlooking the ocean. The rockier shore makes this less attractive for getting into the waters, though some do so cautiously. Travel another three hundred yards or so down the way and you’ll be at
Magic Sands Beach. The tides regularly deplete and replenish the sands, so it’s more rocky at times. Regardless, it’s a spot where you can swim, surf and/or bodyboard, all in one place. You do have sands north of Kona Nalu, the closest that way, at 1.5 miles, is
Honl’s Beach. This is not one of the larger ones, but it is the birthplace of boogie boarding, so the waves are great to get out and ride.
There’s much to love at home, too, with an oceanfront pool and hot tub, meaning you can enjoy safer waters while still enjoying the waves just feet from you.
