The Kona Palms is a smaller condominium just across the street from the ocean at Kamoa Point, the residences only about 35 yards from the water. There’s a nice level of privacy and quiet here, the complex surrounded by the untouched lands of
Kamoa State Historical Park to the north and east and your only close neighbors are two houses that sit to the south.

Amenities & Things To Do Only a mile south of you is
Magic Sands Beach, a local favorite due to the waves that bodyboarders and surfers love being found here. The swimming is often good as well, but understand that the swells can get very strong, overwhelming some at those times. Although a little rocky, especially when the sands have ‘disappeared’ temporarily, the outlook from it and the beauty of the Pacific is worth coming down here to see.
Closer by, just 1/5 mile northward from Kona Palms, is
Banyans Beach. It’s a nice little sandy stretch, best known for being a surf spot. The ocean bed is very rocky so, except for experienced surfers, it’s better to just sit back and watch the waves here.
You will have no problem getting into the pool back at home. Located behind on the inland side, it is surrounded, along with the sundeck and cabana, by tropical jungle, giving you the feeling of truly being away from it all.
