The Kona Riviera Villa is an oceanfront property, the L-shaped building’s residences ending right at the edge of the coastline, so the waves are almost right off their lanai. The side of the ‘L’ that extends toward the ocean stands on a sunken level of the lot. Because of this, the second floor units of the inland section all have a clear outlook not only west (forward) to the ocean but also to the south, over the roof of the other wing.
These are exclusively one bedroom condos with interiors of 592 to 695 Sq Ft and one covered lanai on their exterior. Some layouts include a flex-space that has potential for another bedroom or a den/office. Each unit has one assigned, uncovered parking stall in the lot on the inland side of the property. Ceiling fans are built-in and found throughout the residences, some also having split a/c systems that owners have added. Residents use a shared coin laundry that is on-site. This is a walk-up building, so there is no elevator here.

One mile north of you is
Honl’s Beach, where you have space to lay out on the sand. Although a smaller beach, it doesn’t attract the crowds like other areas of the Kona coastline. This is actually where boogie boarding was invented, celebrated annually in the
Kona Roots Bodyboarding competition, the one part of the year you can expect a lot of people here. The rest of the year you can get in and do some riding yourself or, if the conditions allow, get in some swimming.
