The two bedroom condos have 906 Sq Ft of interior space with two lanais on the outside. The main lanai is 214 Sq Ft, except in the corner units, where it grows to 300 Sq Ft. A storage space of your own is beside or nearby your one assigned, covered parking stall. There is an elevator that serves the residential floors, but does not go down to the parking area below the building, which is accessible only by stairs.

Amenities & Things To Do Less than 2 miles to the southwest is
Magic Sands Beach, a favorite of both locals and visitors. This is a popular boogie boarding and surfing spot, with waves made for these activities. When those waves get higher, swimming can get difficult, so some days are better spent on shore if you’re not experienced in these conditions. Even on shore this piece of the coastline has stunning scenery and warm sun to enjoy no matter the size of the swells.
If you’re a hiker, or just someone who likes a good walk, the
Walua Trail North Trailhead is only ¾ mile directly north from the Westwind. This paved path of 6.5 miles (roundtrip) takes you through wonderful outlooks on Kona and quiet surroundings. It’s both kid and jogger-friendly as well, so you can use it at different times and for different activities.
