Lunapule Kona sits just south of the central part of Kailua-Kona, its lot only 200 feet from the ocean.
The one and two bedroom condos’ interiors range from 579 to 882 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. Of the 14 units, just two are one bedrooms, the other twelve all being two-bedrooms. Some of the two bedrooms have an open loft that has two distinct sections, with enough space to hold a double bed on one side and an office on the other.
Each residence has one or two assigned, uncovered parking spaces for their use. Ceiling fans are the standard cooling system, though some have window units installed as well. Both buildings are walk-ups so there are no elevators in the complex.

Amenities & Things To Do Honl’s Beach lies just 1/5 mile north of you, which usually has few people on it, giving you space on the sand to enjoy. The waves off this coastline are especially good for boogie boarding, which is no surprise since this is where it was invented. The bed of the ocean is rocky, so swimming isn’t the best choice of activity here sometimes.
Still, it’s a great spot to lay out and let the stress go with beautiful scenery and not too many people around you.
To get your ocean fix even quicker, there’s a shoreline access path just across Alii Dr from your home. Although not a lot of sand on this piece of the coastline, you have the Pacific in front of you right there. This isn’t the best site to get into the water, but that’s why you have a pool back at your building, waiting a few yards from your door.
