Melia is a proposed ultra-luxury residential tower to be developed on a prime 1.8-acre Ward Village lot along Ala Moana Blvd - currently part of the Ward Centre site.
Melia and
Ilima are planned as the 12th and 13th towers in
Ward Village, located side-by-side and designed to harmonize architecturally. Together they will occupy adjoining blocks, forming Ward Village’s most exclusive pair of luxury developments.
