Aloha, this is Michelle Johnson with Honolulu HI 5 (company is now called Hawaii Living). Today we’re going to talk about the convenient location of Aiea and Aiea Heights. The Aiea area is a nice family-oriented community. You have multiple different types of real estate available from your high-rise condo buildings, town homes, and single family homes. Aiea is a convenient location, much like Pearl City. It’s a quick drive to the downtown area, as well as to Aloha Stadium, the airport, the West side of Oahu, as well as the central areas of Mililani, Wahiawa, or the North Shore.
The Aiea area has elementary, middle school, and high schools conveniently located as well as shopping centers in order to accommodate the needs of the homes. The Aiea area is a very densely location area for homes. Aiea Heights is comprised of mostly single family homes, some town houses, and the real estate values in Aiea are, I would say, very stable. Because of its location, Aiea is such a short drive to almost anywhere in Oahu you want to go. You can catch the H-3 and make it over into the Kaneohe Windward areas within 20 to 30 minutes. Aiea is a very beneficial area to live, just like Pearl City, because you have so many opportunities and such a great convenient location. That’s our wrap. That’s it for Aiea. Thank you for watching.
