Aloha, this is Michelle Johnson with Honolulu HI 5 (company name is now Hawaii Living) talking today about the Mililani Town area. Mililani Town is a conveniently located area in central Oahu close to the Wheeler and Schoefield Military Bases as well as a short drive into Pearl City or West Oahu. Mililani Town has wonderful amenities of elementary, middle, and high schools. It has restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores, Walmart. It’s a great family community. The Mililani Town areas are comprised of townhouses and single-family homes, some multi-dwelling homes, as well as some beautiful nurseries and farms. The Mililani area together comprised between Mililani Mauka and Mililani Town are just the difference of a freeway exit below and above the freeway, the H-2 Freeway. A very cool climate area, very lush and green, and definitely one of the most convenient locations to live on Oahu. That’s it for Mililani Town, I hope you enjoyed the video.
