Dowsett Point is something of an optical illusion. Turning into the building from Prospect St it looks like you're entering a 2 or 3 story building. In reality, you're on top of one that's 10 stories tall.

The builders used the steep drop below Prospect to build up to that avenue, producing this interesting effect. Almost as amazing are the dimensions you see when you come inside.

The homes here have layouts of 1BR/1BA (771 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (1091 or 1428 sq ft), 3BR/3BA (1438 sq ft) and 3BR/2.5BA (1598 sq ft).
