Owner-occupant sales started June 16, 2019 - 74 units total. Buyers who intends to live in unit as owner-occupants must submit the owner-occupant affidavit no later than July 17th. A lottery will be held for prospective owner-occupants on July 18th.
Note: There are no affordable or reserved housing units for sale in this project.

Affordable units: 37 affordable rental units. 1 unit is located on the 6th floor and the rest are located on the 7th to 10th floor. 

 

Retail: Plan is to have 3 retail stores on the ground level.

 

Amenity Deck: Located on 6th floor and will include infinity lap pool, gym, theatre, kids activity area, activity center.

 

Flooring: Standard is vinyl in living, dining and kitchen with carpet in bedrooms. However, at no additional costs, buyer can select to upgrade to vinyl or hardwood flooring throughout living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms. There are several color options. 

 


Payment Structure
Pay 5% of purchase price when signing sales contract, pay another 5% of purchase price 10 days after signing contract, pay 10% of purchase price 30 days after signing contract and balance (80% plus closing costs) due closer to completion of the project.
