The Koloa Garden Apartments are located inland on Poipu Rd, between Poipu and Koloa town. This is an intimate community, the five low-rise buildings gathered around the pool in the middle of the property.
The one and two bedroom condos have interiors of 631 to 1,075 Sq Ft with one lanai on the outside. Each unit has one or two assigned, uncovered parking stalls to use.
The residences use only ceiling fans for cooling the interior. These are all walk-up buildings. From here you do not have a view of the ocean, but there are beautiful garden and mountain views.
Amenities & Things To Do Baby Beach is 1 ½ miles almost directly south of you, taking Poipu Rd most of the way. This beach has 100 yards of sand to get comfortable on as well as waters that welcome swimmers and snorkelers of most skill levels.
If you want something bigger and busier,
Kiahuna Beach is only a little longer of a trip, just more to the east on the coastline. This is a more active area because of the Sheraton resort nearby. The ocean is good here as well for less experienced swimmers and snorkelers to get in and enjoy the waters. Head further out and there are some popular surfing spots as well. Being up the road a little puts you closer to Koloa, which has a charm of its own and many of your necessities.
Old Koloa Town’s historic plantation buildings now hold shops you can visit.
Your more daily needs, like groceries, are easily handled at the Big Save Market or Hoku Foods Natural Market. It’s all only ¾ mile north of you.
