The Cliffs at Princeville is an oceanfront community, the closest residences here sitting about 130 yards from the Pacific. The property is run as a resort, with its own dedicated front-desk/admin building that also holds the concierge and activities desks.
In addition, 129 of the condos are fractionally owned through two timeshare programs, leaving 73 that are owned fully. The units have interiors that measure from 917 to 1,864 Sq Ft with two to three lanais on the outside. One bedrooms predominate, making up 194 of the units with just 8 four bedrooms completing the total.
Some one bedrooms do have an additional loft area that some owners use as another bedroom, these floor plans found only on the third floor. The four bedroom layouts are all two story, with one of the two master bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs along with a separate ½ bath. Residents rely on ceiling fans for cooling off inside and have one assigned, uncovered parking stall. These are walk-up buildings throughout the property, so there are no elevators.
Many of the residences here have ocean views that mostly range from partial to completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do Being a resort, the Cliffs provides many amenities, starting with a recreation area that has a pool, two jacuzzis, fitness center, two tennis courts, a pickleball court, a basketball ½ court and a playground for the kids. There’s even a putting green, with a sand traps, on the property as well.
The concierge is available to take care of any needs you have and, with the activities desk, can arrange outings as well. You can take in the wide open views of the waves from the lounge chairs set out along the edge of the bluff or from the adjacent gazebo where you look out while grilling on the BBQs there.
Getting down to the ocean yourself is only about a ¾ mile trip to reach
Sealodge Beach, but be cautious on the trail down the bluff. There are places that get steep and, if it has rained recently, it can be slippery. At your destination is a reef-protected beach where you can swim safely and enjoy snorkeling beside schools of tropical fish and maybe even a sea turtle or two.
