Emmalani Court is an oceanfront property, the 8th fairway of the
Princeville Makai Golf Course lying along its entire east side. The closest condos are about 150 yards to the ocean, about ½ of that distance being open green lawn ending at the bluff’s edge.
The one to three bedroom condos have interiors that measure from 952 to 1,726 Sq Ft with one covered lanai on the outside. Thirty of these units are two bedrooms, making up the vast majority, with ten one bedroom and two three bedrooms in the remainder. Features such as bay windows, some of which feature a window seat, and walk-in showers are standard. A covered and secured storage area is provided for your surfboards, bikes and other larger items.
Every residence has one assigned carport stall for their parking. The complex was built with ceiling fans as a standard feature, though some owners have added split a/c systems. The buildings are all walk-ups, there are no elevators in the complex.
Most of the condos have partial to completely unobstructed ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Hideaway Beach is the closest sands to you, only a little over ½ mile west, though you do have to take a trail down the bluff that becomes steep here and there. This beach earns its name by feeling like a private piece of the coast, away from modern stresses. It’s a place to get in to swim or do some snorkeling and see schools of tropical fish and undersea life that make the reef here their home.
Puu Poa Beach takes a longer trek, sitting 1.2 miles away, but it’s an easier trip than Hideaway. It’s the longest Princeville beach so there’s space here and the swimming & snorkeling are excellent as well. The
1 Hotel Hanalei does front onto the beach, but the size of Puu Poa keeps it from getting too crowded.
At home, running right along Ka Haku Rd is the Princeville Path, a 2 mile paved trail that joggers and walkers use for both exercise and enjoying the scenery of this unique community.
