Hale Moi is toward the western end of Princeville, every building fronting onto Ka Haku Rd. Behind them, on the south, they sit against a buffer of land covered with thick greenery that has the 5th fairway of
Princeville Makai Golf Course just beyond it. Although on the inland side of Ka Haku Rd, the condos are as close as 200 yards from the ocean.
These one bedroom condos have a standard interior of 1,033 Sq Ft and one lanai exterior. Some 2nd story residences have an additional small loft area that can hold a double bed. Each unit has one uncovered, assigned stall for their parking. Ceiling fans are inside all condos, some having split a/c systems that were installed by the owner.
Although there are no ocean views from here, the residences have excellent mountain views.
Amenities & Things To Do Your home is not far from the trail down the bluff to
Hideaway Beach. The full trip is about ¾ mile and gets you to a quiet, secluded beach where you can swim or snorkel around the reef that protects these waters.
The trail does become steep here and there, so sometimes your better option is
Puu Poa Beach. A little longer to reach, it lies 1 mile away to the west. Besides being a smoother trek, most swimmers and snorkelers would say it’s almost, if not just, as good as Hideaway. One of the major resorts sits next to it, so it’s busier on and off the sands, but rarely overcrowded.
Closest of all to you is the Princeville Path, running right beside your home. Its over 2 miles of paved pathway is made for joggers or those who just like a nice walk in beautiful surroundings. You can even take it to its eastern end at
Prince Albert Park with a popular playground.
