Kamahana’s location is not too far from earning it oceanfront status, some residences within 200 yards of the ocean. That outlook east toward the Pacific is kept clear due to the 15th fairway of the
Princeville Makai Golf Course being there.
These two and three bedroom condos have interiors that measure from 1,059 to 2,073 Sq Ft with one or two lanais on the outside. At least 2/3 of the units are two bedroom floor plans, the remaining 1/3 or so being three bedrooms. Most feature a lock-off system and separate entrances so that you can create one or even two rental units in your home.
All residences have one uncovered, assigned parking stall to use. Ceiling fans are inside every condo and are the main cooling system for residents. There are no elevators in Kamahana, every building is a walk-up.
Many of these condos have ocean views that can range from peekaboo to almost unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do Only 1 mile northwest of you is
Sealodge Beach, though it does require a hike down the bluff that becomes slippery after it rains. It’s worth the effort to get to the reef-protected beach waiting below. That protection provides the smoother swimming conditions and the reef’s resident tropical fish and ocean life are why snorkelers always make time to come here.
It’s the same 1 mile distance for you to be at
Princeville Center, which has about 50 shops and dining choices, plus groceries can be taken care of at Foodland. There’s both a gas station and an EV charging station for your car, too.
Prince Albert Park sits, coincidentally, 1 mile away, too. A kids playground is there beside the park’s huge open, green space. A paved path runs around the entire span so you can jog here or watch the kids ride their bikes.
