Nihilani at Princeville Resort sits in a central area of Princeville, the south side bordered by the 18th fairway of the
Princeville Makai Golf Course, with only Ka Haku Rd running between.
These two and three bedroom condos have interiors that measure from 1,406 to 1,972 Sq Ft with two or three lanais exterior. The two bedroom floor plans have both single-level and two-story layouts, while the three bedrooms all have two floors.
Every home has an attached two-car garage, an uncommon feature in Princeville. This is also one of the few communities in the area that has central air conditioning inside each residence. The buildings are all walk-ups, there are no elevators here.
There are no ocean views, but the condos do have beautiful views of the mountains and/or golf course.
Amenities & Things To Do From home, it is approx. ¾ mile to
Sealodge Beach, though the path down the bluff has steep stretches and the rain can make it slippery. At the bottom you’ll find a beach with waters made for swimming, due to the reef that shields this shoreline. For snorkelers, the reef is the main attraction, with colorful tropical fish, and occasionally sea turtles, to be seen all around it.
An even more remarkable site to visit is
Queens Bath, which is about a mile from Nihilani. This is a natural pool created inside a lava shelf. It is safe to swim in it when the waves are under 4 feet, a truly special experience. Be aware that, due to the higher winter swells, it is closed every year from October to May.
All year round, however, you can shop or dine at one of the many choices in
Princeville Center, located about 1 ¼ mile south. Along with being your local mall, you can do your grocery shopping at the Foodland here or fuel up at either the gas station or EV charging station.
