The Villas of Kamalii are located toward the entrance of Princeville, the 10th fairway of
Princeville Makai Golf Course lying along its east side. The south and most of the western sides of the community are bordered by ground covered with thick greenery, insulating it from noise and activity.
The three bedroom townhomes have interiors that measure from 1,761 to 1,825 Sq Ft with one or three lanais on the exterior.
You have two main configurations of these villas:
- ‘Mokihana’ (40 homes) - Lower level has a study and the master bedroom/bathroom, with its own private lanai. The larger, upper story contains the kitchen, living & dining room and two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and its own lanai. The main lanai is off the living room. Entrance and garage are on the upper level.
- ‘Laukea’ (19 homes) - Entrance on lower level, which has study and the two larger bedrooms, both with their own private bathrooms. Upper level holds the kitchen, living & dining rooms and the third, smaller bedroom. Full bathroom is accessed from the common area near the kitchen. Lanai off of the living room. Garage attached on lower floor.
Every villa has an attached one-car garage, with its own entrance into the home, plus one assigned, uncovered space. Most of these homes have split a/c systems in addition to ceiling fans that are standard. While these residences do not have ocean views, they do have beautiful mountain and golf course views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do In addition to being set back from the coastline, your path to get there often has to go around golf course fairways and other Princeville communities.
Still,
Hideaway Beach (also called Pali Ke Kua Beach) is only a 1.2 mile trip. Though not a large beach, the waters are calmer and while the swimming is good, the snorkeling is great. The reefs here are full of life to explore and watch, including many tropical fish and sea turtles. The sand is soft and there are trees for shade when the sun is overhead.
Sealodge Beach (also called Kaweonui Beach) is about the same distance journey from your door. The one issue is that the main trail down is steep and is slippery when the ground is wet, so be careful. Once on the sands, you feel like it’s a beach you discovered. Very few people and extremely quiet. Another great place for swimming and snorkeling and there’s a lot of shade to kick back under and watch the waves go in and out.
Princeville Center, your local shopping center, sits less than a mile away. It has almost 50 shops and dining options, including a Foodland for groceries and both gas and EV charging stations, so you’re covered either way.
