The Villas on Prince is a gated community located on the inland side of Princeville, the
Prince Golf Course’s 9th fairway running along its south side.
It is a mix of configurations, with nine duplex, five triplex and two fourplex buildings. The three bedroom villas in them have similar interior sizes, ranging from 1,732 to 1,740 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. Most times you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling here as well as paddleboarding. It is also known as an excellent spot for windsurfing. This is customarily less crowded than other area beaches, so you should have plenty of room on the sand and in the water.
Also nearby, less than 1/3 mile, is
Prince Albert Park, a large, open green space that also has a playground for the kids.
Finally, one of the favorite activities of locals is taking evening walks on the golf course paths beside the green manicured fairways. Easy to do with the course right next to you.
