The Napili Villas sit on the upper west coast of Maui between Kaanapali and Kapalua, with residences that are as close as 200 yards from the coastline.
This neighborhood was built in three phases, the first creating thirteen buildings with one hundred units. The second added seven more buildings holding forty-four homes and then six buildings with the last forty residences went up in the third.
These two and three bedroom condos have interiors that measure from 823 to 1,235 Sq Ft with one or two lanais on the outside. The one hundred & four two bedrooms are all single-level, those on the ground floor having a backyard space. That leaves eighty that are three bedroom and two-story, with two of the bedrooms on the upper floor and a backyard space off of each of these townhomes.
Ceiling fans are built-in throughout the interiors, with some owners having added window or wall a/c units. Each residence has two assigned, uncovered parking spaces to use. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. These are all walk-up buildings, so there are no elevators in the complex.
Some of the units have peekaboo to distant partial ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Under a mile to the south of you is
Kaopala Beach, a very small sandy pocket of sand on the coast. Although not as picturesque as other places, it is a nice retreat that doesn’t get a lot of traffic, so if you need quiet time outside, this is a good choice.
If you want recreation and the full beach experience, that can be found at
Napili Bay Beach, just under 1 ½ miles north of your home. This is one of the most popular beaches in West Maui, one reason being waters that are calmed by an offshore reef, so all ages can play here. Those conditions mean swimmers have a better time here, but there are some waves that get through for bodyboarders to ride as well. Snorkeling can be done here, too, with a few good places to go and watch the ocean life, including schools of tropical fish, go about their day like you’re not even there.
Even if it does get crowded,
Kapalua Bay Beach is about 400 yards above it, offering more coastline to relax on or wade into, so living here gives you choices.
