About Ko Olina Fairways
The homes at the Ko Olina Fairways are a more affordable option in this upscale neighborhood, opening the door to home buyers who don't have the resources for a near 7 figure purchase. Affordable in this community doesn’t mean settling for less, though. 

The Ko Olina Fairways is made up of 37 separate buildings spread out on 34 acres just above the green stretches that give them their name. This was actually the first residential project built around the resort, completed in 1995. The success of this development paved the way for what has become an entire small town built around the resort lifestyle.
