Hawaii Kai townhomes that's right on the marina. Then again, it's not so much on it, as in it. The Moorings townhomes sit on a small peninsula, connected to Hawaii Kai Drive, with waters on the other 3 sides. In fact, coming from town, it's the very first left off that street. The entire peninsula is taken up by The Moorings, so you have a private community here, just you and your fellow residents.
These townhomes are definitely geared to water lovers. 54 of the units are right on it, so buying here is almost certainly your ticket to a direct view of the marina. As expected, you can pull up your boat just outside your home and tie it up there. Ready for trips to the ocean or even some of the local shopping and dining places that cater to boaters.
The vast majority of the units are 3BRs with 1332 sq ft, 2.5 bathrooms included. The remaining are a very few 3BRs that have from 1411 to 1517 sq ft of interior and 1 4BR with 1371 sq ft. All of those have 2.5 baths as well.
One way the townhomes at Moorings stands out is their dimensions, which are wider than some other Hawaii Kai communities. Some have that Shotgun Shack quality, but that's not the case here.
