The Atkinson Tower is actually set back from the street of the same name, sitting against the Ala Wai Promenade and the canal on its far end. The location cushions it from the noise and traffic of Atkinson Dr, but still puts you across the way from the massive Ala Moana Center and a few blocks down from Ala Moana Park.
The two and three bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 695 to 1,487 Sq Ft with a lanai of 80 to 128 Sq Ft on the outside. There’s only one three bedroom in the building, the rest of the layouts all being two bedrooms. Parking spaces, both covered and uncovered, are available here, but only on a lease or rental basis from the AOAO.
There is no A/C in these units. Washer/Dryer is in every residence. On every floor is a storage room with an assigned storage locker for every condo on that level. Two elevators are in the building for residents on the higher floors.
