Holiday Village is one of the most unmistakable of Honolulu condo buildings. The uniquely round tower stands out the moment it comes into sight, drawing the gaze from everything else around it.

It makes for a very different interior to the units, creating an equally unique experience inside the structure. Every residence, outside of the Penthouse level, is made up of Studios, each with 318 sq ft within them and 52 sq ft lanais. The 4 2BR/2BA have 909 sq ft behind their doors and wrap-around lanais.

The circular shape of Holiday Village opens up the vistas to widescreen, beyond what would be your perspective in a traditionally built design. The vistas include the cityscape around you, including the lights each nighttime, the mountains' towering green heights that define the reaches of our city and ocean views for some.

You can draw a horizontal line that goes from Walmart, through Holiday Village and finally ending at Don Quijote, your home separated by 1 block from each of them. Those 2 alone would take care of much of your needs. Now think about the possibilities when you can also walk to Ross, Walgreens and the biggest mall in Hawaii, Ala Moana Center. Between all of that, and the rest of Keeaumoku and King Streets, there's enough dining and shopping to last a lifetime.

The other side of your life will find just as much fulfillment being able to also head to Ala Moana Beach Park for sun, surf and open spaces on foot. When the waves call, you can answer!

You can also answer the alarm clock's call and get to work no problem, using Kapiolani Blvd or the King St/Beretania St duo to get to the office Downtown and back. If you use the bus, there are numerous stops and lines to choose from to do the commuting – or for any other trips you need to make.

While the round shape might get the interest initially, you can see there's a lot more to grab you when you live in Holiday Village. There's more to it than meets the eye.
