Kaihee Kai - General Info & Sold Data

Kaihee Kai has 2 buildings under its umbrella, one rectangular (1329) and the other square (1337), together forming a 90 degree angle. You wouldn't notice them from passing by, as they are set back from the street in the interior of the lot, with neighboring low-rise buildings hiding them further.

Across them are condos with more variety than you'd expect. On the smaller end, you'll find layouts of 1BR/1BA spanning 460, 499 or 515 sq ft. There's a bigger range in the 2BR/1BA units that make up the rest of the inventory, running in sizes of 470, 685 and 715 sq ft.

Most cannot expect lanai space here, with one exception. Ground floor residences in the 1337 building do have as much as 75 sq ft in the back that is part patio and part tropical backyard with beautiful plant life to enjoy there.

Those who don't have those on their homes shouldn't feel too bad. After all, your lot is right next to Makiki District Park. Cross the street and you have a huge open green space there for you to relax in or head to the pool after a game of tennis on the courts there.

There's also classes in arts & crafts, organized sports for all ages, music instruction and much, much that's all part of their ongoing programs, happening right on your doorstep.

The road that runs between you and the park is Keeaumoku St. You can drive straight down it and, in a (very) few minutes, you'll arrive at the intersection where Ross stands on one side and WalMart on the other. From there, you'll see just a block ahead is Ala Moana Center, where you have the biggest collection in Hawaii of shopping, dining and entertainment choices laid out for you.

All of it a direct shot mauka from home when you live at Kaihee Kai. There's a lot more to discover, like the Foodland, Times & Safeway lineup on Beretania St, or the quick access to H1. We'll let you take it from here, though, and find out just how much is at your fingertips from this hidden hideaway on Kaihee Street.
