About Regency On Beachwalk
You can tell that the amenities of the Regency on Beachwalk condos don't exactly grab you. Don't let that deter you, though, this is an excellent vacation condo property with numerous strong points. Built in 1961, but from your first glimpse of the lobby, you know you're inside a very hip, modern hotel environment.

Completely renovated in 2007 and run by the Outrigger Hotels, the building has turned into an upscale boutique condotel (read more about condotels in Waikiki right here) that has gotten rave reviews from guests online. It's clear from those that, in addition to the décor, the staff and services here are a huge asset. Those ratings are pure gold for someone looking for an income producing property like this one.

Like most Waikiki condos in this market, the units aren't known for having the largest of dimensions. 1BRs have 494 sq ft inside with a very nice sized lanai of 145 sq ft outside. 2BRs take up 693 sq ft in the interior, but you have 217 sq ft on your lanai, creating a substantial area to take in the sights and sounds of Waikiki.

On Beachwalk you get to enjoy a quieter part of the district, which can get very raucous at night in other areas. When your guests do want to get out, there's a lot right on their doorstep. Across the street is the Hard Rock Cafe and directly behind the building is Lewers St, which has all kinds of restaurants and shops, not to mention the having rest of Waikiki in walking distance.

The beach? 5 minutes walk down the street, at most a block and a half away. Mention that fact in your listings and your unit will probably rarely go unbooked.

Being a condotel, you can turn all the headaches over to Outrigger and let them handle the day-to-day worries. It rarely gets easier than that. Buy in here and you're getting a proven winner, tied up in a bow. So what's stopping you?
