    The Oahuan isn't a throwback to the Hawaii Mid-Century Modern lifestyle. It's the real deal. The lava rock walls, wooden jalousie doors & windows and even the pool the 2 buildings overlook right in the center of the property. Tropical plants and palm trees, of course.

    Until recently this was one of the condos in Honolulu people loved to look at, but not necessarily buy into. Units were actually going for the mid 5 figures in 2015(!). The reasons were (1) the fact that it was a Co-op, which isn't as preferable as a condominium. (2) More importantly, it was Leasehold and time was ticking down loudly on its term.
