Transient Vacation (Tiered)
Applies to units permitted for short-term rentals in buildings that were not originally developed as hotels, but are allowed short-term rental use under current zoning or nonconforming use rules.

• First $800,000 taxed at 0.90%
• Assessed value above $800,000 taxed at 1.15%
