Greens at Waikoloa, also called Paniolo Greens, is a gated community at the very southern end of Waikoloa Village.
The Village Course lies against two of its sides, the 2nd & 3rd fairway on the east and the 4th on the north. The community is made up of twelve buildings that each hold twelve to eighteen units.
The two to four bedroom condos have interiors of 998 to 1,996 Sq Ft with one to three lanais that add 144 to 762 Sq Ft on the exterior. Two bedroom layouts are a mix of single-level and two-story, while the three and four bedrooms are all two-story. The two-story townhome floor plans are found on the second floor of the buildings, the upper level always containing two of the bedrooms.
Overall there are one hundred and thirty-six two bedrooms, sixty of the three bedroom layouts and just one four bedroom.
About fifty of the properties are timeshares that are operated by the
Club Wyndham program, which operates its own front desk and concierge services for their owners.
Each residence has at least one parking stall to use. Many of the interiors have central air-conditioning, but there are some that have ceiling fans only. Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. These are all walk-up buildings so there are no elevators in the complex.
A number of the homes here have peekaboo or horizon ocean views.
Amenities & Things To Do For vacationers, Greens at Waikoloa is marketed much more under the Paniolo Greens name, the community’s amenities reflecting a more resort-like environment. Both residents and guests of this property have exclusive use of:
- Heated swimming pool with a kids pool and hot tub next to it.
- Fitness Center.
- Tennis/Pickleball Court, which also has a basketball hoop.
- Putting Green.
- Recreation Center that has a big screen tv for group viewing, a pool table, foosball and BBQs.
- Kids playground.
Only owners, though, have membership in the
Waikoloa Village Association, which gives them access to other benefits. For some, just having the choice of the better tee times at
The Village Golf Course makes being a member worthwhile, but they also get lower pricing on services and the pro shop as well. The
Waikoloa Stables also offers discounts also on riding lessons, trail rides and other services with your membership.
If you need a change from the tennis court or the pool at home, you can reserve one of the Village’s two courts or show your WVA card to use the Aquatic Center facilities. Their large swimming pool also has an adjacent kids pool so children have another option, too.
