Alii Park Place is a gated community on the inland side of Alii Dr, the front residences sitting approx. 350 yards from the coastline. These four-plex buildings have an atrium and the staircase in the middle, so there are no shared walls.
The two and three bedroom condos have interiors that range from 1,081 to 1,312 Sq Ft with one or two lanais exterior. Of the fifty-nine units, nineteen are two bedrooms and, making up most of the count, forty three bedrooms. Some ground floor residences have a fenced in backyard area of their own.

Amenities & Things To Do North of you under ¾ mile is
Honl’s Beach, historic for being where bodyboarding was invented. In spite of that status, it doesn’t get crowded most days, so it’s a good bet for getting a place on the small beach to call your own for a while. Outside of the kind of conditions that boogie boarders seek out, you can do some swimming when the waves are calmer.
½ mile south is a uniquely Hawaii experience at the
Alii Saltwater Swimming Pool, a naturally formed pool in the lava rock over the ocean. You can swim in its waters that all come from the waves hitting against the side of the rocks below, while safely enjoying the close up view of the power of the Pacific.
