White Sands Village is directly across the street from
Magic Sand Beach Park, the closest building only about 50 yards from the water’s edge. Two of the rectangular buildings are perpendicular to Alii Dr, with a courtyard between them, and the third building behind against the hillside.
Their two bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 920 to 1,122 Sq Ft with one lanai on the outside. The majority of the units come with two parking spaces, which can be covered or uncovered. Central air conditioning is inside every residence. There are elevators in the buildings, but, due to the layout, there still may be steps to reach certain units. Many of the residences have an ocean view, some completely unobstructed.
Amenities & Things To Do A trip to the beach from White Sands is like visiting a neighbor. Get across Alii Drive and you’re stepping onto Magic Sands Beach, a place for swimmers and surfers alike. The sand comes and goes, the cycle controlled by the tides, but this is always a great place on the Kona coastline to relax or play.
There’s also
Kahaluu Beach Park, about 1.3 miles south of you, which is a top snorkeling spot due to the active reef here. It’s also where many learn to surf, the milder waves providing the right environment to get up and on the board.
If the ocean is a little too strong that day, White Sands Village has a heated saltwater pool and a spa to get in or there’s the fitness center and two tennis courts to get in some active time.
