Alihi Lani sits just across the street from the ocean, some of the condos only about 35 yards separating them from the Pacific.
These two-bedroom condos have interiors of 1,104 or 1,146 Sq Ft with one lanai on the outside. Each condo has one assigned, uncovered parking space. Ceiling fans are in every unit, but some have added split a/c systems to cool the interior. This is a walk-up building, so there’s no elevator here.
Alihi Lani’s property is elevated above Hoonani Rd, which runs right in front of it. That, along with its proximity to the coastline gives every residence good partial ocean views.
Amenities & Things To Do Kiahuna Beach, one of the main coastline recreation areas in Poipu, is only ½ mile east of your home. Check the conditions before going in, but most days you’ll find it suitable for some swimming, snorkeling or even some surfing if you head out a little ways. Although the nearby resorts make this their local beach as well, this is a longer stretch of sand, so you’ll be able to get a space of your own here.
There’s another beach that’s a little longer to reach at approx. 2/3 miles to the west.
Baby Beach is smaller, but still substantial at 100 yards long.
This is a part of the coastline that is also reliably good for swimmers or snorkelers and there’s the sands on shore for taking a break from the day and enjoying the ocean scenery.
The closest waters of all are in the pool you look right out at from your lanai. The deck area around it has lounge chairs where you can lay back and see the waves wash up across the street. Not a bad neighborhood to live in.
