The Regency is toward the inland border of Poipu Kai Resort, near Poipu Road and with the east-west walking path that spans the whole resort.
The two and three bedroom condos’ interiors measure from 1,256 to 1,800 Sq Ft and two lanais exterior. Some of the two-bedrooms have a loft with a powder room. All three-bedrooms have a loft that either holds a bedroom and bathroom or also has an additional enclosed room that some use as another bedroom. Each unit has an assigned, uncovered parking stall.
This community was built in two phases:
- Regency I, buildings 1 to 5, has forty-five condos in it with split a/c systems and/or ceiling fans to cool the inside.
- Regency II, buildings 6 to 9, has twenty-eight condos, all of which have central air conditioning.
Aston Resorts runs the in-house rental management program, which owners can opt-in to use. These homes do not have ocean views, but there are beautiful garden and mountain views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do The walking path beside your community takes you right to
Brennecke’s Beach, less than ½ miles to the west. The swells here are often stronger, best left to those with deeper surfing or bodyboarding experience. Even if those are the conditions when you go, the beach has room to relax on the sands and let go for a while.
If you head east on the path by your home, it's 2/3 miles to be on
Shipwreck Beach, where the waters are on the calmer side. You can get in a swim or some snorkeling pretty easily. This coastline is also notable for the divers who jump from the cliffs next to the beach at sunset to thrill and entertain.
Within your own complex there are two pools, each with a spa, to enjoy whenever needed. As a Poipu Kai resident you also have use of resort amenities, including the main pool, its spa, the tennis & pickleball courts and more.
