The Kalapaki Villas are located in a central part of Lihue that is within easy walking or biking distance of shopping, dining and recreation options.

You can also go out on the center area, which serves as the outfield for all four diamonds, on the off-days & times. Next to the park are
two public tennis courts, with lights for night playing, and they can be used for pickleball, too.
Being in the more developed area of Lihue, it may be surprising that just a mile away is
Kalapaki Beach. A breakwall ensures that the waves are smaller once they get close in here, so swimmers love the smoother experience here. That also makes it a good place for the kids to play in the water, the safer conditions a definite plus for them and their parents. If you want to learn how to surf or paddle board, you can join the many who have done so already off this beach’s more hospitable environment for beginners. There’s also the soft sands on the beach for those who need a break from the ocean or just need some time to lay back and relax.
