The Lanai City Apartments are right in the middle of the town of Lanai City, just across the street from the
Lanai Public Library and
Lanai High & Elementary School.
These studio and one bedroom condos interiors range from 405 to 547 Sq Ft in size. They are evenly divided into twelve studios and twelve one bedrooms, with two of the latter being handicap adaptable units.

Amenities & Things To Do You know you’re in the central part of Lanai City when you live only 150 yards from
Dole Park, a recognized center of local life. This large green space is unmistakable due to the Cook pine trees that stand in its otherwise open layout. The one exception is the kids’ playground that’s found on the south side. Many of the community’s events and festivals are held here so, being so close by, you never have to miss one.
There’s a lot more recreation options only 500 yards to the west of your home where a collection of County Parks properties sit next to each other. In this one sport is the community pool, two tennis courts, baseball & football fields and another playground. Next to the tennis courts is the
Lanai Youth Center, with programs for children 8 to 17, including sports, arts & crafts, cooking classes and even homework help.
