The Villas at Koele sit in the northeast corner of the town of Lanai City, with fairways of the Experience at Koele golf course on all four sides and lakes on both the north and south ends.
Although built in two phases, the structures and the residences inside were basically the same in both.
These one to three bedroom condos have interiors measuring 1,323 to 2,660 Sq Ft with one or two lanais that add 500 to 800 Sq Ft on the exterior. The buildings are one-story on the ends, holding single-level one and two bedroom units in there, with two-story townhomes of two or three bedrooms between.
The two-level floor plans have winding staircases up to the second level that hold two bedrooms and bathrooms. Single level residences have a unique dining or sitting area with bay windows on five sides, called the ‘Koele Room’.
Both layouts include features such as an octagonal foyer, french doors, fireplaces, walk-in closets and at least one master suite that has its own sitting room.
Every home also has a detached one-car garage as well as an assigned, uncovered tandem space for your parking. Central air conditioning is in all interiors here.
These residences have lake and golf course views as well as garden and mountain views.
Amenities & Things To Do The central area of Lanai City is a mile west from you, which gets you to one of its main attractions,
Dole Park. A beloved part of local life, many community events are held here in the backdrop of the park’s distinctive Cook pine trees. A playground is here for the kids and the large green space brings picnickers every day to enjoy the outdoors.
If you’re in the mood for a hike, the
Koloiki Ridge Trailhead is also a mile drive away, this time to the north. This five mile roundtrip trek is not too difficult. There aren’t any huge changes in elevation or difficult terrain to deal with, though it can get muddy if it’s rained recently. You’re mostly surrounded by trees until coming out where you have incredible views of Molokai and Maunalei Valley. You may even see some of the Island’s deer and wild goats along the way, too.
Residents of the Villas are eligible to join the Island Club, which grants members use of the amenities at both of
Lanai’s Four Seasons Resorts, from the gyms to the tennis/pickleball courts, spas, the
Manele Golf Course and more.
