Kapalua Bay Villas is a gated, oceanfront community that looks out at the waters of

Fleming Beach one way or to
Kapalua Bay Beach in the other if a change in scenery is needed. It can also be your jogging or walking path, looking out at the shoreline and the Pacific for the whole trip.
