Mount Thomas is a well-maintained condominium complex in Wailuku. It is located in the Sandhills area of Wailuku with close proximity to the Kahului Harbor and Queen Kaahumanu Center. The airport, University of Hawaii Maui College and many more shops and restaurants are nearby.
The complex is made up of one four-story building with a secure elevator and entrance. Locked side gates offer additional peace of mind. The 64 one- and two-bedroom units range between 510 and 888 square feet, each with large windows for wide views. Those on the top floor boast the best ocean views while most others overlook the harbor, Haleakala or Central Valley.
Eight units also have a lanai. For added convenience, units include washers and dryers. However, there is no air conditioning throughout the building.
Although there are no amenities, the complex has a modest grassy lawn and beautiful tropical foliage, such as plumeria trees and naupaka.
Units have one assigned parking stall, most open-air with a select few that are covered.
