Wavecrest is an oceanfront community that stands almost alone on the southeastern coast of Molokai. Here you can live as close as 20 yards from the water.
These one and two bedroom condos have interiors of 604 to 827 Sq Ft with one or two lanais that add 116 to 172 Sq Ft on the outside. The vast majority of layouts are one bedroom, taking up one hundred and eleven of the total residences, with fifteen two bedrooms for the remaining.
Each unit has one assigned, uncovered parking space. Ceiling fans are in both the living areas and the bedrooms to cool the interiors. There is an on-site coin laundry facility for residents and guests to use. The buildings are all walk-ups, so there are no elevators in the complex.

Amenities & Things To Do The property’s immediate neighbor on the east side is a black sand beach, which is eye-catching, but also soft and comfortable. The water conditions are usually good for swimming or wading in to cool off and just take in what is around you. Rarely will you have much company on these sands, so it’s a place to truly get away.
You have other recreation spots outside your property, one only ¾ mile east at
Kilohana Recreation Center. This 3.3 acre Maui County facility has two full basketball courts, a baseball/softball field and a playground. There’s also an open multi-purpose field that can be used for other sports and activities. A community center is also here that holds local events and meetings or can be rented out for your own use, too.
