Paniolo Hale is almost an oceanfront property, separated from the Pacific by approx. 130 yards of open land. Its location is also at the very end of development on Molokai’s northwest coastline, with nothing above it but untouched countryside.
The studio to two bedroom condos have interiors ranging from 548 to 1,398 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. Some one bedrooms and all of the two bedrooms have a loft in them where the master bedroom and bathroom are found. The one bedroom loft also has a balcony on that upper level that is off of the bedroom. The lanais are all covered and screened in, with wooden walls on at least one end of them. End unit lanais are wrap-around, spanning over 500 Sq Ft. All of the condo have bifold doors on the living areas so you can open up the interior to the lanai.
Each unit has one unassigned, uncovered stall for your parking. Ceiling fans are throughout the living areas and bedrooms for cooling on warmer days.
Washer/Dryer is inside every condo.
These residences have peekaboo to wide-angle partial ocean views, obstructed often only a little by the trees on the property.
Amenities & Things To Do Only 100 yards separate your community from
Kepuhi Beach, which has wonderfully soft sand made for laying on and letting go. Most of the time you’ll have very few others, if any, with you on this beach, so it’s usually quiet except for the waves. While skilled surfers get in here, this is not a place for swimming. The shore break is often very hard and the current is always strong, so staying out is advised. Even with that restriction, the sunset watching is one time you will definitely have company and the whale watching can be good from here also.
You have yet another nearby coastline, this one about 300 yards northwest from your home.
Make (pron. MAH-kay) Horse Beach, also known as Pohaku Mauliuli Beach, is made up of two coves separated by a rocky outcrop between them. This beach has the same conditions as Kepuhi, so you shouldn’t be swimming here most of the time either. In spite of that, there are large tidepools to check out and the sands are made to lie back on. If you’re seeking some alone time, this beach gets even fewer visitors than its southern neighbor, so this is almost a sure bet for a truly peaceful time.
