Waikoloa Beach Resort.
Paniolo Gardens is located on the east side of Waikoloa Village, the 14th fairway of the Village sitting against both its north and west sides.
The two and three bedroom condos have interiors of 995 to 2,076 Sq Ft with one lanai exterior. Of the seventeen residences, sixteen are two bedrooms and only one is a three bedroom.
Each unit has one or two assigned, uncovered parking stalls. Ceiling fans are throughout both the living areas and the bedrooms for cooling the interior.
Washer/Dryer is inside every condo. These are all walk-up buildings, so there are no elevators here.
Along with golf course views from most homes here, a few of these residences have peekaboo and horizon ocean views from them.
Amenities & Things To Do Although this particular community does not have amenities, you do have options with your
Waikoloa Village Association membership, which is part of your home ownership here. Members have exclusive use of the Village’s
Aquatic Center, which has scheduled lap swimming times in its 25-yard long main pool as well as open swim and in-water aerobics classes.
For the younger ones, there is an adjoining kids pool with a wade-in entry to it. The property also has two lighted tennis/pickleball courts for members to play on.
Golfers can use their membership to get first shot at the more popular tee times on
The Village Course and for reduced pricing, too. The discounting privilege can be applied at
Waikoloa Stables as well, where you can take riding lessons, go on trail raids or board your own horse if you have one.
A convenience you’ll appreciate most on busy days is living just ½ mile from
Waikoloa Highlands Center. There are shops and restaurants here, but also a grocery store and gas station for those daily essentials. Just down the street are a hardware store, post office and a charging station for your electric vehicle.
