Kapaa Shore is a beachfront property in Kapaa that has residences within 50 yards of the ocean.
Its one and two bedroom condos have interiors that span from 612 to 909 Sq Ft with one covered lanai on the outside. The 1st and 2nd floor units are all one bedroom, while the 3rd floor holds only two bedroom layouts that have a loft with one of the bedrooms and a bathroom in it.
Be aware that forty-nine of these condos are timeshare units, owned and operated by
WorldMark (Wyndham Destinations).
Each residence has one unassigned, uncovered space for their parking. Ceiling fans are built-in throughout the living areas and bedrooms for cooling the interior.

The ocean conditions can be overwhelming at this specific spot, so swimming should only be done cautiously. Fortunately, this is a long span of beach covered coastline, so a few minutes going north or south will get you to a more welcoming entry point.
This is easy for you to do because of the
Ke Ala Hele Makalae paved pathway that runs for 8.5 miles on this shoreline, including right by your home. You can get on it and walk, bike or jog to a choice of stops, like
Fuji Beach,
Kapaa Beach Park or down to the local recreation center of
Lydgate Beach Park.
For at least some needs, you only have to cross Kuhio Hwy where you have
Kauai Village Shopping Center and the neighboring
Waipouli Town Center. Between the two you can take care of grocery shopping, grab some coffee and do a little shopping or dining. No driving needed.
