    Few Waikiki condos have anything like a bad location, but even fewer have one as good as the Makee Ailana condo. You can begin with the most obvious reason – 1 block to the ocean and you can see the beach every step of the way.

    A large share of the residents can also look out on the ocean right from home, no walking required. The one issue directly south is the Queen Kapiolani Hotel, which does block some views in that direction. On the east, however, your vista is vastly expanded by your neighbors being the Honolulu Zoo and acres of parkland.
