Kamaole Sands is a condominium complex in Kihei, featuring resort-style amenities set within 15 acres of beautiful landscaping, including tropical plants, ponds and waterfalls. It is directly across the street from
Kamaole Beach Park III, one of Maui’s most beautiful beaches, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. A short walking path provides easy access to the golden sand.
Set on open grassy grounds, the complex is divided into 10 four-story buildings, each with an elevator, with 440 units in a variety of sizes. Most are one-bedrooms spanning 818 square feet, while the two-bedrooms are between 1,046 to 1,188 square feet. A few are three-bedroom, ranging from 1,211 to 1,625 square feet. Each receives one parking stall, with some allocated two.
Every condo has an in-unit washer and dryer and a lanai, several with partial views of the water. A select few offer more expansive ocean views. Most have air conditioning, with a mix of window, split and central systems.
The complex features a wide variety of amenities, including an air-conditioned fitness center and activities center with ping pong and foosball.
