Napili Shores is an oceanfront condominium complex with a range of amenities. It sits on the southern end of
Napili Bay, with a short path leading to the white sandy beach. Right next door is
Honokeana Bay, one of the best snorkeling spots on Maui.
The complex consists of nine two-story buildings arranged in a U-shape, with the open end facing the shoreline. The two beachfront buildings offer the most unobstructed ocean views, while the others mainly provide partial ocean views or overlook the gardens.
The lobby that holds the front desk and concierge is located in the rear of the complex.
Outrigger Resorts operates the vacation renting program, which owners can opt in for their unit to join.
The studios to one-bedrooms range in size from 448 square feet to 620 square feet and every condo has a lanai with those on the second floor also boasting high-vaulted ceilings for a spacious feel. Some have also been upgraded with air conditioning, a mix of wall and split systems. There are no in-unit washers and dryers, but a laundry room is located on the ground floor below the front desk.
The grounds are gorgeously landscaped, with grassy lawns adorned with vibrant flowers, shady monkey pod trees and sweet-smelling plumerias. The focal piece is a stunning koi pond surrounded by lush foliage that brings a sense of tranquility to the property.
Napili Shores offers outdoor activities like shuffleboard and a giant checkerboard as well as two pools, one oceanfront and another with a hot tub at the center of the complex. For added convenience, it also features two restaurants - one of which is right by the water - and multiple barbecue areas with gas grills and picnic tables scattered throughout. An activities desk is on-site to assist guests and residents.
