Napili Sunset is a condominium complex located on a beautiful beachfront. This gem of a property has been rated one of
10 best reasonably priced beachfront hotels in the world from Frommer's. It is situated on the southern end of the
Napili Bay, perfect for swimming, snorkeling and whale watching. It’s also just a stone’s throw away from
Kapalua Resort and
Napili Plaza.
The complex is made up of three two-story buildings without elevators. The 26 one- and two-bedroom units in the oceanfront Kanani and Kekalani buildings offer easy access to the lawn and also boast unobstructed views of Napili Bay. In the back is the Keola building, which houses 16 studios that offer some ocean views from the second floor but mainly overlook the gardens and pool and also houses the vacation rental / office desk.
Units span between 408 and 850 square feet, all featuring a lanai with the two-bedrooms boasting two. Those on the second floor have high-vaulted ceilings, while some one-bedrooms also include a lofted area spacious enough to fit a queen-sized.
Although condos don’t come with a washer and dryer, there is community laundry on the ground floor below the front desk. Additionally, there is limited maid service available, for a fee. Some units have also been upgraded with air conditioning, a mix of window or wall units.
The grounds of Napili Sunset are gorgeously landscaped, with vibrant hibiscus and red ginger flowers. An oceanfront lawn features loungers under palm trees. The heated outdoor pool is near the Keola building and there’s also a small barbecue cabana with a gas grill available.
Parking is unassigned with one space per unit.
